• Splice site scores, based on different metrics
• Mapping of putative exonic and intronic splicing regulatory sequences (SRSs).
• Data regarding SRSs that would occur as a result of point mutations.
• Percentile scores, comparing your target exon to precompiled datasets of constitutive and alternative exons.
